Individual Services Fees

Individual Therapy (Psychotherapy or Poetry Therapy): 150 per session

Pre-Bariatric Surgery Psychological Evaluation: 200 per assessment

Support Group Program Fees

Thriving with GLP-1 and dual agonists (4 week program): 175 for complete program

Pre-Op Bariatric Surgery Support Group (4 week program): 175 for complete program

Post-Op Bariatric Surgery Support Group (6 weeks/closed/8-10 participants): 250 for complete program

Emotional Eating Group Therapy (6 weeks/closed/6-8 participants): 350 for 6 consecutive sessions

Poetry Therapy Group (limit of 10-12 participants/topics vary): 100 for 90min group

Cancellation Policy

Insurance based clients please refer to Rula cancellation policy.

Private pay clients please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments; subsequent missed appointments may be charged at the full reimbursable service rate at Kara’s discretion.
